Nomination Requirements

The American Society for Quality is a volunteer society, and as such could not function without the dedication of our members. Executive members hold a critical place in the ASQ hierarchy; our bylaws stipulate that four elected executive positions must be filled before we can have meetings or function financially. The four elected position are Chair, Chair-elect, Secretary, and Treasurer.

There are some stipulations to serving on the ASQ-London Executive:

  1. Elected officers must be current Full, Senior, or Fellow members or the primary contact of an organizational membership.
  2. Appointed members can be any member type with the exception of student member.
  3. All executive members (Elected or Appointed) must be active members in the section that they serve.
  4. Terms for new executive members will begin January 2018 and run until December 31, 2018.
